We can work with you through basic designing and building plans for a custom built home, or we can provide a “Thermal Shell Package” for the Owner / Builder. The package includes the material to erect a “Weather Tight Shell,” while allowing the builder to design and adapt to his or her own personal taste. Therefore, we can quote a firm price for a well defined package. The actual finished cost of a home varies, according to location and owners preference.

Snap-N-LockTM Insulated Panel
- Skins of the Snap-N-Lock panel are rolled to form a unique, patented locking system that snaps together.
- The continuous insulated foam interface makes the design of the panel extremely energy efficient.
- Sealant is applied on the inside of the panel protecting it from ultraviolet destruction and forming a waterproof seal.
- Use the existing finish or apply a wide variety of building materials including shingles and vinyl siding directly to the exterior of the panel.
- Available 2-8" thick and up to 40' in length.

Half-SnapTM Insulated Panel - Skins on one side of the panel are rolled to form a unique, patented locking system that snaps together quickly and easily. Oriented strand board is bonded to the other side of the panel to provide a workable surface for applying various building materials.
- The banked enamel finish provides many years of maintenance free beauty.
- The continuous insulated foam interface makes the design of the panel extremly energy efficient.
- Installation is quick and easy.
- Available up to 24' in length and 4", 6" and 8" thick.

- Oriented strand board laminated to both sides of a polystyrene foam core provides strength and a surface for which to apply various building materials.
- Built-in insulation saves valuable construction time.
- Installation is quick and easy.
- An optional metal vapor barrier can be applied to protect the panel from moisture.
- Panels are manufactured up to 24' long and 4-1/2", 6-1/2" and 8-1/2" thick.
